An Ode to Raimondo the Rainbow Lion
Raimondo is a lion who lives in the sky
His house sits on the rainbow, way up high
When there’s thunder it’s because he roars
And the lightning is him sharpening claws
He prances around up there on the bow
That is made from the rain and a colourful glow
The colours have rubbed off onto his fur
And the sound is colourful when he chooses to purr
Whenever he gets hungry he visits the end
Of the magical rainbow and where it hits land
He knows he’ll find a tasty Irish treat
Doing a jig in a pot with gold under feet
